• 1 pkg. regular size brownie mix - prepared
  • 1/2 gallon chocolate chips ice cream
  • 2 stacks Keebler grasshopper cookies
  • 3/4 stick melted margarine

Preparation:

Finely crumble cookies (in blender) and mix with margarine. Divide for use in 3 layers. Soften ice cream. Divide for use in 2 layers. Coarsely crumble brownies. Divide for use in 2 layers. Layer in spring form pan: 1/3 cookie crumbs (press down), 1/2 brownie crumbs, 1/2 ice cream, 1/3 cookie crumbs, 1/2 brownie crumbs, 1/2 ice cream, 1/3 cookie crumbs. Freeze until very hard.
